RESERVATIONS
- It is advisable to book in advance and arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- Timetables for treatments must be respected. If a member does not attend the appointment or arrives late, treatments which have been missed or cut short must still be paid in full and cannot be postponed to a later date.
- We will ask for your credit card number, in order to register and guarantee your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
- We kindly request members to notify any cancellation as soon as possible.
- If the cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the appointment, the session must be paid for.
EXPIRY
- All vouchers and tokens expire after three years.
