The Center will close for a period of 15 days a year for technical inspection.
| 1. | The time starts running the moment you pass through the entrance control and stops when you leave again through this same control. An extra amount will be charged as from 15 minutes over the stipulated time. |
| 2. | This is an area dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing where silence must be respected, particularly when entering with children. |
| 3. | A swimsuit (or bikini), swimming
cap and towel are obligatory. We sell swimsuits and swimming caps and rent towels. |
| 4. | Flip-flops can only be used in the changing room and shower areas. |
| 5. | Changing rooms: There are individual lockers in which to store your personal objects. Use your access card to operate lockers. The company accepts no responsibility for objects not locked away in the lockers. |
| 6. | The pools have a depth of 1m 39. Those who don’t know how to swim must notify the circuit monitors. |
| 7. | The circuit is open for use from 08h00 – 21h40. |
| 8. | The minimum age for entering the circuit is 6 years of age. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be under the full responsibility of their parents or carers. We recommend that children stay in the water for a maximum of one hour and do not recommend the use of saunas, steam baths and jacuzzi for the under-14s. |
| 9. | We recommend that you make a reservation, by phone or at the reception, the day before weekends and public holidays. |
| 10. | The swimming pools are attended by a monitor who will help
you in case of need. We recommend that you drink water after having followed the circuit. |
| 11. | All those entering the centre accept its rules and regulations. |

BOOKINGS · It is advisable to book in advance and arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. · Timetables for treatments are to be respected. If a member does not arrive, or does not arrive on time, treatments which have been missed or cut short must still be paid for in full and cannot be postponed to a later date. · The communication of your debit card / credit is required to register and guarantee your reservation. CANCELLATIONS · We would ask members to make any necessary cancellation with as much notice as possible. · If the cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the appointment, the session must be paid for. |
